Ans.
A checklist is a tool for identifying the presence or absence of conceptual knowledge, skills or behaviours. Checklists can be used for verifying whether students have followed the key tasks in a procedure, process, or activity to be completed. We can observe student's behaviour interest, behavior, routine, hygiene and healthy habits using a checklist. A checklist itemizes task descriptions in one column and provides a space beside each item in a second column to check up the completion of the task. A column can be added for comment in the checklist to make it more effective.
Given below is a checklist for assessment of project report submitted by students :
