Billingual Method Ensure both Fluency and Accuracy : The literal meaning of bilingual is one who knows two languages. A child learns, first language from his mother, afterwards he learns second language for social and educational purpose. This method is supposed to be an improvement of Translation methods as well as direct method of teaching English.
