The aim of pleasure be achieved by adopting various ways making the teaching of poetry more effective pleasurable.
(1) Poetry should be taught as a whole not in divided parts.
(2) Teacher recite poem with correct pronunciation, stress, intonation and rhythm.
(3) Unwanted singing of poem should be avoided.
(4) Teacher help the students while they recite the poem.
(5) Students will be able to realise the emotional experiences and high ideal of the poem and should be aware of the life sketch and style of the poet.
