Process Approach : The nature of teaching English is dynamic. Moreover, it is also like a process which starts with determination of aims. This approach involves following four areas :-

(a) Teaching : It is an assistance of any type that facilitates learning.
(b) Learning : It is a process that results in changed behaviour.
(c) Curriculum : It includes all available school planned experiences within and outside classroom.
(d) Educational programme : It is the sum of planned educational experiences within and outside school, for which a community accepts responsibility.
