2. Tech- illiteracy : A large number of people in India are tech- illiterate. They do not know how to operate computers and smartphones. It is very difficult for them to access and understand e-governance.

3. High cost and Requirement of Regular aintenance : Technology has its drawbacks as well. The setup cost is very high and the machines have to be regularly maintained. Often, computers and internet can also break down and put a obstacle in governmental work and services.
