Teachers get the development qualities like knowledge, skill, application and decision power skill, in transfer of learning need to be developed in the student.

• Application of acquired knowledge in different situations is another factor affecting transfer of learning.

• Wisdom is the third factor influencing transfer. Therefore the teacher should try to multiply the understanding in the children.

• The similarity of subjects is the fourth factor influencing transfer. The teacher should at the time of his teaching, relate the facts coming in the lesson subject to the similarities and facts of other subject and at the same time the teacher should also encourage the children to find such similarities.

• Method of study fifth factor influencing transfer. The teacher should use all the methods efficiently for the study of the children.

• Mental ability of children is the sixth factor affecting transfer. The teacher should use every possible method to develop the mental ability in the children.

• Individual variation of children is the seventh factor influencing transfer. The teacher should design the curriculum and use teaching method keeping these differences in mind.

• Training of transfer is the eighth factor affecting transfer. The teacher should give this training to the children regularly.

According to the above facts for transfer of learning, teachers should give clear knowledge to the students. The teacher should keep in mind the individual differences of the students in selecting the subjects. Teachers should keep time in mind while teaching students and develop thinking power.
