Realization means Understanding & Comprehending. Value realization means value is delivered to implementation, integration, training, help, content and support. Value realization is teaching and learning about the ideals that society deems importance the aim is for students not only to understand the values but also reflect them in their attitude and behaviour in contribute to the society through good citizenship and ethics.

Value realization is effort that creates a quantifiable benefit that accrues to a stakeholder. An example of value creation would be creating greater efficiency within a department. These are the kind of results that accrue benefits to key stakeholders.

According to Feather 1994: Value realization is values which are general beliefs about particular behaviour and goals which include the dimensions of good and evil and state a moral imperative and necessity. These values represent the best most accurate and use useful things in a society. These are not personal desires or request but are values that have been accepted by groups and communities as good for everyone.
